We are Peckham Voices - welcome to our website!
Peckham Voices is South London's biggest community choir with over 60 members. The choir meets two nights a week, Mondays and Thursdays, in Peckham from 7-9pm. We welcome anyone with a desire to sing and a love of world music in all its diversity! There are no auditions - just get in touch and come along.
We sing anything from African lullabies to Bulgarian wedding songs, from Louisiana gospel to Trinidadian calypso and give two main concerts a year, one at Christmas and one in July, at our base, St Mark's Church on Peckham Rye.
As well as our weekly rehearsals, we get together for social events, a yearly voice camp and even the odd recording session! As one satisfied member says: "It's not just a choir, it's a way of life!"Our next concert is on
